Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy defines permitted and prohibited activities on the Invrsys platform. This policy is designed to protect users, recipients, and the integrity of email delivery services. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

1. General Prohibited Activities

You must not use Invrsys services to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Unauthorized access, hacking, or exploitation of systems or accounts
  • Distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious code
  • Phishing, spoofing, impersonation, or social engineering
  • Infringement of intellectual property or proprietary rights

2. Email Usage and Anti-Spam Policy

Invrsys Mail is intended exclusively for legitimate transactional and user-initiated business email. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email or mass marketing campaigns
  • Promotional emails, newsletters, or advertising broadcasts
  • Cold outreach, lead generation, or purchased/rented mailing lists
  • Email harvesting or collection of addresses without explicit consent
  • Misleading headers, deceptive subject lines, or falsified sender information

Emails must be sent only to recipients with an existing relationship and a clear expectation of receiving such communication.

3. Harassment, Abuse, and Harmful Conduct

  • Harassment, threats, intimidation, or abusive behavior
  • Discriminatory content based on race, gender, religion, or protected characteristics
  • Defamatory, hateful, or malicious content
  • Stalking or unauthorized disclosure of personal information

4. Explicit, Violent, and Illegal Content

  • Sexually explicit, violent, or graphic material
  • Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or physical violence
  • Any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation material

Illegal content will be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.

5. Platform Abuse and Technical Misuse

  • Excessive automated requests or attempts to overload infrastructure
  • Use of bots or scrapers without authorization
  • Circumventing rate limits, authentication, or security controls
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities outside responsible disclosure practices

6. Compliance and Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for compliance with all applicable data protection and communication laws
  • Users must ensure lawful consent and appropriate data handling practices
  • Invrsys does not permit high-volume or bulk email use without prior approval

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

Invrsys actively monitors usage to protect service integrity and email deliverability. We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.

  • Temporary account restriction or suspension
  • Permanent termination for repeated or severe violations
  • Blocking of domains, accounts, or sending privileges
