Anti-Spam Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Invrsys is committed to protecting recipients, users, and email deliverability. This Anti-Spam Policy explains prohibited email practices and the controls used to prevent misuse of Invrsys Mail.

1. What We Consider Spam

Spam includes any email sent without a legitimate purpose or recipient expectation, including but not limited to:

  • Unsolicited bulk or mass email
  • Promotional, advertising, or marketing emails
  • Cold outreach or lead generation emails
  • Purchased, rented, or scraped email lists
  • Phishing, scams, fraud, or deceptive messages
  • Emails containing malware or harmful content

2. Scope of Invrsys Mail

Invrsys Mail supports only legitimate transactional and user-initiated business email. Marketing emails, newsletters, and promotional campaigns are not supported on the platform. Emails must be relevant, expected, and sent to recipients with an existing relationship.

3. Unsubscribe and Preference Management

Invrsys provides secure and user-friendly mechanisms for managing email preferences and unsubscribing from non-transactional communications.

  • Every supported email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
  • Industry-standard List-Unsubscribe and List-Unsubscribe-Post headers are supported where applicable.
  • Unsubscribe actions are processed without requiring account login.
  • Preference changes are applied promptly and recorded for compliance and audit purposes.

Transactional emails, including security alerts, password resets, and billing notifications, are essential to service operation and are not subject to unsubscribe.

4. Zero-Tolerance for Spam

Invrsys maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance toward spam and abusive behavior. Accounts found sending spam may face immediate restrictions while an investigation is conducted.

  • Temporary suspension of sending privileges
  • Permanent account termination for repeated or severe violations
  • Blocking of domains, accounts, or sender credentials

5. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with applicable communication and data protection laws, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and other local regulations.

Invrsys does not permit use of its services for marketing or commercial promotional email, regardless of jurisdiction.

6. Spam Prevention and Monitoring

To protect platform integrity and sender reputation, Invrsys uses a combination of automated and manual safeguards, including:

  • Rate limiting and sending behavior analysis
  • Bounce and complaint monitoring
  • Domain and account reputation tracking
  • Abuse signal analysis and anomaly detection

7. User Responsibilities

  • Send email only to recipients with a legitimate relationship
  • Use accurate sender identity and verified domains
  • Secure account credentials and prevent unauthorized access
  • Monitor sending activity and report suspected compromise
  • Promptly respond to compliance or abuse-related inquiries

8. Reporting Abuse or Unsubscribe Issues

Suspected spam, phishing, abuse, or unsubscribe-related issues should be reported to [email protected].

Reports should include relevant details such as sender information, timestamps, and message headers when available.

9. Enforcement Actions

Enforcement actions are proportional to the severity and frequency of violations and may include warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination.
