  • Billing data: billing contact details, subscription plans, invoices, and payment metadata processed by third-party payment providers.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising purposes.

2. Email Content and Attachments

If you use Invrsys Mail, email message content and attachments may be stored solely to provide email delivery and mailbox functionality. Invrsys does not routinely access or review message content.

Access to message content may occur only in limited circumstances:

  • to detect and prevent spam, abuse, malware, or security threats,
  • to comply with applicable laws or valid legal requests,
  • to provide support when you explicitly request assistance and authorize access.

3. How We Use Data

We use collected data strictly for legitimate operational purposes, including:

  • authenticating users and securing accounts and infrastructure,
  • detecting, preventing, and responding to abuse or policy violations,

By creating an account, subscribing to Invrsys services, or using Invrsys Mail, you consent to receive email communications related to your account, service usage, security notifications, billing, and other transactional or administrative purposes.

Where applicable, Invrsys also sends non-transactional communications such as product announcements or service updates only to recipients who have explicitly opted in.

Recipients may manage their email preferences or unsubscribe from non-transactional communications at any time using links provided within emails or through supported preference management mechanisms.

Transactional emails, including security alerts, password resets, and billing notices, are essential to service operation and cannot be disabled.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share limited data only as necessary with:

  • Service providers (hosting, storage, monitoring, and operational tooling),
  • Email delivery partners used solely to deliver messages you send,
  • Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not share data with third parties for marketing or advertising.

  • Email data is retained according to your subscription limits and retention settings.

  • Ensure users under your account comply with our Terms and policies.
  • Ensure you have a lawful basis to process recipient data and send email.
